Description

Densadeg clarifier is a new process with the function of sludge coagulation, circulation, lamella clarifier and sludge concentration, which enables acceleration of the physico-chemical water treatment.

In particular, it is based on a dual chemical injection system that ensures their optimum use. Another major advantage: integration into the same unit of the essential functions for a complete clarification of water enables a considerable reduction of the footprint.

Applications

It could be used in the treatment of industrial wastewater, surface water, reused water, drinking water plant and Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Advantages

· The flocs can be recycled to save 10% to 30% of the chemicals.

· The tube settlers are arranged in the sedimentation zone, which improves the sedimentation effect and the quality of the effluent is good.

· The high density and homogeneity of flocs make the precipitation rate of the system up to 20m3/h-40m3/h, which effectively reduces the occupied area.

· The concentration of the discharged flocs is as high as 30-550g/L, which can be dehydrated directly without the need of concentration tank.
